Design is our specialty. We can redesign a small bathroom or feature wall. Or rearrange your current home floorplan, turning it into something that works better for you and your family. Need more space? We can design an addition to provide the extra space you need. Sometimes you just need a whole new house. We can do that too. prep for house listing
Getting a house ready to sell is alot of work. We can assist with paint touch ups, replacing rotten wood on the exterior, and repairing small issues that occur over time during home ownership. Attic tune ups with added insulation and improved venting and are a great way to boost value and fix any issues before the inspector finds them. We can also get your roof replaced for the new buyer. We already work with several realtors helping them get their listings sold. We are happy to work with a realtor or directly with the home owner.
Landscaping
Our landscaping service is what got us started 15 years ago. Need sone fresh plants and mulch, we can do that. Need some steel or masonry edging, we can do that.
